Tagging is like adding a property to your favorites, but much more powerful.

It gives you the ability to categorize your favorite properties by any category/tag you want, and properties can even have multiple categories/tags.

For example, you might have a tag called Fixer-Uppers and a tag called Foreclosures. There are some properties that might be Foreclosures that are also Fixer-Uppers and this is no problem because a property can have multiple tags.

We use tagging rather than a favorites folder because tagging gives you the ability to customize your favorites in a way that is most helpful for you, with no limits.

Some import points are:

• No one else can see your tags.
• Each property can have an unlimited number of tags.
• A tag can be up to 100 characters long, so you can be very descriptive.
• You can view all your tags at anytime from the My Tags link.

Tagging is very flexible, so you can decide what tags make the most sense for you. Below are some ideas of tags you might want to use.
