Community Amenities:

The “New” Haleakea community has been re-designed based on the successful completion of the original Haleakea community. It retains its desirable location bordering the 27-hole Hawaii Prince Golf Course with nearby shopping, six golf courses, beaches, parks, jogging paths and a new Community Center.

Total Homes To Be Built:

Approximately half of the 40 homes will feature golf course frontage and the remaining homes will be located on cul-de-sacs, with prices starting in the mid $600,000’s.
