1. Have you done any upgrades?
After buying the place in Dec 2016 the following has been done: New Paint throughout, new carpet, installed wood baseboards, remodeled both bathrooms (with tile). custom closets in all bedrooms, remodeled kitchen to include new appliances (one of the few units with a dishwasher), extended the patio with poured concrete, installed storage shed, all new A/C units.
2. What things do you like most about this home and living here?
The neighborhood is very quiet and the temperature is much nicer that other locations on island. It is close to shopping and a quick drive to the North Shore
3. What factors influenced your decision to move here?
Having a yard for our small children and the good schools
4. How is traffic in and around the neighborhood?
Neighborhood traffic is non-existent
5. How is your commute to work?
I work at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam and the commute varies depending on wether there is an accident or a stall on H1. Normal commute is 30 minutes. It has taken over an hour
6. What do you like best about your neighborhood?
The Parks and the community centers and the open field areas.
7. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?
Walking distance: Starbucks, Taps and Apps, Longs. 5 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants at Mililani Town center.
