Buyer Process
1. Get pre-approved with a lender so you know you are in the right price range.
2. Use OahuRE to find properties that interest you.
3. Email the MLS#'s of each property that you want to see so we can schedule a showing.
4. If you like a property the comparables should be analyzed to decide on the offer amount.
5. We send the offer to you along with our write up on understanding the most important points of the offer.
6. You review the offer, sign it online, and we send it along with the pre-approval to the listing agent.
7. We either get the offer accepted or we get a counter offer.
8. Once the offer or counter offer is accepted we open escrow.
