Use the Quick Filter to filter by status quickly if you have too many results.
Click the C column to bring up the comparables option page.
If you send HTML formatted Emails you can copy the "View properties on OahuRE" link to paste into your Email.
For text Emails shorten the link to the page using the bit.ly option this way the link won't break in the Email.
There are two sets of menu options, one for all properties, or one for checked properties only.
Search criteria is shown at the top of the page so if the results are not what you want check your criteria.
The Sold Ratio column is the percentage of the asking price the property sold for.
Use the Sold Ratio to help understand if your offer will be accepted.
If most offers are accepted at 95% of asking price, then an offer less than that would probably be countered.
If your offer is way below the average Sold Ratio it will probably be rejected.
Every page can be saved to your browsers favorites for quick access at anytime.
You can remove columns if you don't want to have to scroll left to right as much.
