Escrow
Escrow needs 2 to 3 days to close from the date all funds are received.
You sign, then the lender funds, then 2 to 3 days after funding you close. After you close you get the keys.
You will find our rebate on your estimated HUD which is the statement of all closing numbers.
Remember that the terms on the Counter Offer & and any Amendments override any terms on the offer itself.
If you cancel escrow the seller must sign for you to get your money back, no exceptions.
If the seller does not sign escrow remains neutral and will not release your funds.
Seller cannot sell their property with another escrow open, so if they want to sell they are motivated to sign.
