You can also find Foreclosures using the Single Family and Condo Site Maps.
Foreclosures are nice because the bank responds to your offer in days instead of 4 months it takes a Short Sale.
We recommend using the search form to find Foreclosures so you can add additional criteria such as price.
After completing the search add it to your Watch List so you will get an Email of new Foreclosures.
