Pets
The listing agent is responsible for entering if the unit allows pets.
Many sellers are not aware of this and they don't let the agent know so it shows as not pet friendly when it is.
If you see most units in the building are pet friendly but some are not it is just the agent did not enter it right.
You have to call management for more details as some buildings restrict the size of the dog or only allow one pet.
