Status Guide
Status colors are shown below.
| Active 10 Days or Less on Market |
| Active 11 Days or More on Market |
| In Escrow or Pending |
| Withdrawn or Expired, Expired Pending, Expired Continue to Show |
Only a status of "Active" is available for sale. If it is not Active you might want to add it to your Watch List.
In Escrow means the property was put into escrow recently. Others call this status "Active Continue to Show".
Pending means the property has been in escrow for a while and is close to closing.
All Withdrawn and Expired status are not available but check the history to see if it was listed under a new MLS#.
Withdrawn or Expired properties can be added to your Watch List by TMK# to know when it is for sale again.
The Sold color changes based on the Sold Ratio which is the percentage of list price the property sold for.

| Less than 97% and greater than 94% |
| Less than 94% and greater than 91% |
| Less than 91% and greater than 88% |
| Less than 88% and greater than 85% |

Colors are also used to highlight the property condition in the CMA view.
