Termite Inspection
If the home as an active infestation of termites it will have to be tented.
If there is damage caused by termites that damage has to be disclosed.
This new disclosure will give you a chance to cancel per the Purchase Contract.
Some lenders will want termite damage analyzed further or fixed to assure there are no structural issues.
