Real Time & Daily Watch List

You really have to have a Watch List. Many Short Sales work on a first good offer is the one accepted. Also, good deals go fast. If you are not notified about them day one, then you probably lost your chance. I have seen hundreds of buyers not get the property they want simply because they discovered it too late.

Real Time Watch List

The Real Time Watch List allows you to track activity by Region, Neighborhood, and Building Name, and you can filter that activity by price range. It sends a separate Email for each listing that comes out that meets your criteria, and the listing will come just minutes after a new listing hits the market. You can get Emails throughout the day as new activity occurs. As long as you are tracking by Region, Neighborhoods, or Building Name then we recommend you use the Real Time Watch List.

Keep in mind to prevent duplicate Emails, don't select a Neighborhood within a Region you are already tracking. For example, if you are tracking the Waikiki Neighborhood and you add the Metro Region, you can delete the Waikiki Neighborhood and any other Neighborhoods or Buildings in the Metro Region.

Daily Watch List

The Daily Watch List will track any search you can do on the Website. It is run at least once a day, normally in the early morning hours. You will get just one Email for each search you are tracking. We suggest using this search if you need to filter your search results by more options than the ones the Real Time Watch List tracks.

Also, the Daily Watch List has an option to track just a specific property by TMK#. This means no matter what happens on this property, even if it gets re-listed with a new MLS#, you will still get an Email alerting you. This is the only way to track Withdrawn and Expired properties, because when they are re-listed it will be under a new MLS# and you will still get an Email.

There are various ways to add search to your Daily Watch List. Under the photos on the detail pages you will see the link to track by MLS# or TMK#. On the CMA and Detail pages you will see a link near the top that says, "Automatically Email me when this search is updated". You can click this link to add that search to your Daily Watch List.

You can delete these searches at anytime if you are getting too many results.
