Seller's Highlights

1. What things do you like most about this home and living here?

One of my favorite features is the beautiful views of the mountains all-around, especially when relaxing out in the back lanai and when the two plumerias are blooming. They were just planted last year and have the potential to be much bigger with full blooms and to fill the air with their beautiful fragrance. I also like that the General Store, Rec Center and Pool is just a walk away, and the beach is just a short bike ride away. I like the spacious garage where a choice can be made to park a second vehicle or for extra storage since there is plenty more room in the driveway for 3-4 more cars. I also love the jacuzzi tub that is in the master bath. I also like the drive along the coast during winter months, as whales can sometimes be spotted. Dolphins are year-round. I enjoy cooling off and having fun at Wet-N-Wild and taking advantage of some of their events, like Movie-Nite in their wave pool. The Kroc Center is another fun place to spend a day for adults and children alike. Aulani is another short drive to cool off and soak in the beautiful views and provides a safe place to snorkel in the lagoons. Other nearby activities I love is diving and snorkeling at Electric Beach and Makaha.

2. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?

Kapolei Commons is just a short drive away for West Oahu premier shopping, dining, and entertainment. It has one of my favorite theaters on island, with it being so new, clean, reclining seats, and 3D auditoriums. Some of my favorite shops include Down to Earth, Target, Ross, and T.J. Maxx.

3. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?

Waianae Farmers Market for local produce, just up the road a few miles on Farrington, every Sat morning.
