Seller's Highlights

1. Have you done any upgrades?

The house originally had a music recording studio, which we converted into a bedroom, closet, and full bathroom. The garage door and garage door opener were recently replaced. Exterior lighting and some interior lighting were upgraded.

The downstairs theater movie projection system was upgraded to Hi-def. Gas grill was installed on the back deck.

2. What things do you like most about this home and living here?

At the elevation of this location, there is usually a cool breeze, and the air temperature is cooler here than the temperature in areas closer to sea level. The view of the ocean and all across Hawaii Kai is fabulous. The floors in this house are very high quality, with wood and travertine throughout the house. The home is designed for indoor/outdoor living.

3. What factors influenced your decision to move here?

Hawaii Kai has almost everything you need, without the crowd that you contend with in the more densely populated areas on Oahu. Napali Haweo neighborhood is well-kept and beautiful.

4. How is traffic in and around the neighborhood?

Traffic is not a problem in our neighborhood, because none of the streets are through streets. In all of Hawaii Kai, traffic is not a problem.

5. What do you like best about your neighborhood?

The neighborhood has a park, and the location is close to beaches and great hiking trails. There is also a security guard who patrols the neighborhood and keeps us safe.

6. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?

The location is close to Costco, Safeway, Walgreens, CVS, the library, and nice shopping centers with stores and restaurants.
