Traffic is great going in and out of Waikiki via Kuhio Ave, Kalakaua Ave and Kapahulu Ave. 10 minutes to downtown Honolulu and 20 minutes to Salt Lake, airport, Pearl Harbor/Hickam, Tripler.

20 minutes to Tripler.

6. What do you like best about your neighborhood?

Close to all the great entertainment and recreations and convenient but without the noise and crowd of Waikiki. 5 minutes drive to Safeway on Kapahulu, 10 minutes to Whole Foods at Queen`s or Kahala. Short walk to Food Pantry, Starbucks and ABC stores down the street. Walking distance to farmer`s market at Jefferson Elementary every Saturday morning and Kapiolani Community College every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning.

7. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?

Sensei and Arancino at Marriott Waikiki, Market at International Market Place, Duke`s Lane, Uncle Bo`s, Side Street Inn, Rum Fire at Sheraton.

8. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?

Aloha Festival, Ho`olaulea, Spam Jam, parades, block parties, Honolulu Marathon and other athletic events, Waikiki rough water swim, Hawaii Visitor Industry Walk, and many more. If you want to save gas, the unit is close to Biki stations and bus line on Kuhio Ave and Kapahulu Ave.
