Our neighbors, amenities, well maintained property. Close to freeway, close to shopping, doctor offices, post office, banks, Gyms, Movie Theater, Restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Central Oahu Regional Park (CORP), Dog Park, Etc.
7. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?
Mililani Town Center, Mililani Shopping Center.
8. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?
There are many HOA projects starting. They have recently completed a paving and resealing project. They are replacing the old trellis that was at the entry way. Also they are starting very soon to repaint all the buildings. It is very exciting! Trash comes 2x a week. Their is plenty of visitor parking very close to the unit.
9. Are there any other attractive features about this home or neighborhood that we have not covered?
2 parking stall, one covered one uncovered, both stalls are close to the elevator. Banana, Mango, Avocado, Lilkoi plants on property. Valley Recreation Center, pool, volleyball court, basketball court, softball fields, playground, close to bus stop, close to military bases, close to H2.
