Monthly Housing Statistics and Local Market Updates produced in PDF format by the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
Search OahuRE.com for both Single Family and Condo/Townhouse Stats. Stats options include Minimum and Maximum Sold Prices, Minimum and Maximum List Prices, Total Closed Sales, Total New Listings, Total Withdrawn Listings, Average Sold Prices, Average List Prices, Standard Deviation Sold Prices, and Standard Deviation List Prices. Group the stats by Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year. Filter by Region, Price, Neighborhood, or Building.
Everything is linked so with one click you can see the details that make up the stats you are viewing.
Also, we do not use charts so we can show hundreds of results in table format at one time, even on a mobile phone.
This option allows you to choose the listing start and end date and shows you how many listings from your chosen time period are Active, In Escrow, Sold, and Withdrawn/Expired.
It also gives you the percentages, so for example, you can see 50% sold, 25% were withdrawn, and 25% are still Active. This helps you understand what percentage of listings are actually selling from specific neighborhoods or buildings.
Every row has a link to see the details behind the statistics so you can see what actually Sold, what was Withdrawn, and what is still Active.
You can further filter your statistic results by Price Range, Neighborhood, Building Name, Region, and Lend Tenure.
We go back 12 years and show these stats in chart format instead of a table. Going back 12 years allows you to see more patterns over time vs. stats that only go back one or two years.
We also allow you to drill down to the area and price range that interests you. Looking at island-wide statistics could be misleading. For example, if you are looking to buy in area XYZ, you should focus on the stats for that area. Many statistics are in a PDF file, so there is no way to make adjustments and see how that changes the results. Our stats are live and you can make changes to them and see the results instantly.
