This condo is centrally located and is walking distance to Kailua’s stores, restaurants, supermarkets, twice-weekly Farmers’ Markets, and is a 15min walk to Kailua beach. The unit itself is in the rear of the condo complex on the 4th floor, so there is very little foot-traffic past your door. From the rooftop lanai, you have spectacular 360°views of the surrounding mountains as well as the nearby stream which leads into the Kawainui Marsh. From within the unit, the floor to ceiling windows provide amazing views of the surrounding tropical foliage, nearby stream, mountains and koi pond.

3. What factors influenced your decision to move here?

Aside from the central location, the Association overseeing this condo complex is well-managed and has already effectively dealt with major capital improvements including new waterproof membrane on rooftop lanais, new elevator modernization, re-tiling the pool and spa, and re-sealing the tennis court. It is important to note the $711/mo maintenance fee is already adjusted for these capital improvements which have recently been completed.
