Location. 3-10mins to groceries (Safeway, COSTCO and SAMS), shopping (mall; premium outlets), theatre, restaurants, medical, storage facilities. Ease of access to other parts of the island. (10mins Ewa, Kapolei, Wahiwa; 20-25mins Waikiki, Waianae, Haleiwa) .
4. How is traffic in and around the neighborhood?
Light. Easy access to H-1, Kam Hwy.
5. How is your commute to work?
15-20 mins to JBPHH, or Schofield Barracks area. p>
6. What do you like best about your neighborhood?
Scenery, landscaping, greenery. Morning and afternoon walks. Friendly neighbors. Pride in ownership.
7. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?
Restaurant Kunio, Uncle’s Fish Market and Grill, Pearl Ridge Mall. Too many to name!
8. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?
First Friday in the Waikele Shopping Center parking lot. Local Food Trucks.
9. Are there any other attractive features about this home or neighborhood that we have not covered?

- Unit has TWO Covered parking spaces, both very close to the unit.
- Large fenced in backyard.
- Front of the house is not located on the main road, although noise from traffic in the is essentially unnoticeable.
