Recently developed residential area with diversified living conveniences.
7. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?
McDonald’s, Subway, Panda Express, Taste of Hong Kong, Loco Moco Drive Inn, Buffalo Wild Wings, Kountry Style Kitchen Restaurant, Jolene’s, Starbucks, Foodland, Safeway, CVS, Costco, Walmart City Mill, and Home Depot, etc.
8. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?
The Board recently approved the Address Light Change in March 2024. They will replace them but no set date yet.
