1. Have you done any upgrades?
Replaced the carpet with vinyl but the living room vinyl is coming up a little): it's really good in the bedroom though! I also got brand new air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom.
2. What things do you like most about this home and living here?
I love the proximity to SALT, low HOA fee, the concrete walls- never heard my neighbors, dogs, sirens, etc., low-rise is nice- don't have to wait for elevator / no parking garage, can pull straight into my spot. I like being next to the trash chute and that the trash chute is pretty large. I also like the proximity to both H1 and Nimitz so if there's an accident or bad traffic on one, I can take the other.
3. What factors influenced your decision to move here?
I love the area. It was a perfect rallying point for my friends:).
4. How is traffic in and around the neighborhood?
Not bad if you go further east traffic is super crazy and further west is not as nice of an area.
5. How is your commute to work?
It wasn't bad I worked all the way at Schofield, but because traffic is going in the opposite direction I never had bad traffic.
6. What do you like best about your neighborhood?
Walking distance to a bunch of breweries.
7. What are your favorite nearby restaurants and places to shop?
I like morning brew, the beer fridge place, and Moku.
8. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?
They sometimes close off that street for little events like twice a year food trucks and stuff but you can't hear any of that from inside the condo it's super quiet.
9. Are there any other attractive features about this home or neighborhood that we have not covered?
Concrete walls = no roaches!! I've never had a roach or any bugs which is rare for Hawaii!
